Rapallo – Madonna delle Grazie – Chiavari (we suggest the cycle path along Entella river park in Chiavari: from Chiavari promenade, you cross the bridge, direction Lavagna, at the first traffic light turn right and then straight again right, straight for about 200 mt, you go right again under the railway and the cycle path “Gino Bartali” appears on your left – Carasco – fork to Mezzanego – on a back straight on the left side there is a fork downhill to Val Cichero – Romaggi pass (or Pozza del Lupo) mt 716 – Romaggi – Certenoli – Calvari – to the right to Gattorna – Colle Caprile mt 470 – Recco – in Ruta, before the tunnel to the left – Selletta of the Romanic church mt 281 – S.Martino di Noceto – Rapallo
Difference in height: ca. mt. 1800 rising up
Possible option with panoramic view: round trip of 4 km to Portofino Vetta, starting from Ruta, to the right after the tunnel, on the top there is Sella Gaixella mt 413.
Top slope: 10-11% during the climb to Romaggi pass.
